Membership Application

The Memberhsip Committee oversees membership admission and renewal, including the assessment of applications to ensure compliance with the Association’s professional standards and eligibility criteria, as well as monitoring members’ standing through structured renewal procedures.

The Membership Committee works in close collaboration with other Association committees to ensure that membership-related matters are aligned with the Association’s mission, strategic objectives, and professional governance framework.

Step 1: 
Prepare the documents for the application form:

i) Passport size photo
ii) Identity card or passport copy 
iii) Latest Curriculum Vitae
iv) Academic qualifications
v) Acceptance Letter as a trainee or student in your current programme (if you are applying for student membership)
vi) Professional organisation’s membership/ practising certificates (if any)

Complete and submit the application form
